The former Deputy Transport Minister, Joyce Bawa-Mogtari has debunked the claims that she has tested positive of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
She said, as an advocator against the stigmatization of persons recovered from coronavirus, she will never hesitate to disclose her COVID-19 status to the entire world.
“As someone who has been fighting the stigmatization of recovered persons, I will be the first to announce my status and help in the education and advocacy to reduce the stigma”, she opined.
Mad. Bawa Mogtari entreated the public to ignore the news circulating around that she has tested positive of the pandemic and in isolation, saying its one of the propaganda of the ruling New Patriotic Party.
She described her mood this morning as having lovely Wednesday morning which is accompanied by some calm and beautiful air blowing, so refreshing and the ceiling-shattering news of the appointment of Prof. Jane BAABA Opoku Agyemang as the running mate of John Dramani Mahama.
Read Her Statement:

As for the NPP propaganda all over that I, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, have tested positive for COVID-19 and in isolation, PLEASE IGNORE it.
As someone who has been fighting the stigmatization of recovered persons, I will be the first to announce my status and help in the education and advocacy to reduce the stigma.
I am Safe and the next president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, is hearty and going about his duties.
