COVID-19: Ghana has 3,505 active cases after backlog of 23,000 samples is cleared
Ghana’s active cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is now 3,505 after a backlog of 23,000 samples have been cleared.
However, after the clearance, the country recorded 559 new cases, shooting the total number of positive cases to 28,989.
Out of the number, 25,331 persons have recovered and discharged, whiles the number of deaths remains at 153.
