The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has ended his three days working visits in the Eastern Region.
The three days tour which started on Thursday ended on Sunday night at Asamankese.
The President’s visit to the region was to inspect ongoing projects, commission projects, cut sod for the commencement of projects as well as canvas votes in the upcoming elections.
The President toured various constituencies in the region and had durbar with chiefs and people of Akyems and Kwahu’s.
Addressing a massive durbar in Asamankese on Sunday night to climax his tour, the President thanked Nananom and the people of Ghana for rallying behind him for effective governance.
He highlighted some developmental projects embarked. He therefore, called on Nananom to vote massively to retain him as president in the next four years.
Meanwhile, the Chief of Asamankese Osabarima Adu Darko (III) commended the President for developing the country.
He appealed to the President for some additional projects in his area.
